HOW CAN I FIND THE PRODUCT I AM LOOKING FOR?
Starting from the Home Page, you have several possibilities:
- If you want to find out what Cinnamon has to offer, enter the shop and browse using the search filters.
- If you want to find a specific product, specify in the "Search" box one or more terms related to your search and a list of products related to the searched word will appear.
HOW CAN I BUY THE DISPLAYED PRODUCT?
First of all, click on the product you are interested in. This will allow you to see the product sheet, containing detailed information on the item. Then, to place the order, click on 'Add to cart'.
HOW CAN I BUY THE PRODUCTS I AM INTERESTED IN?
Buying on Cinnamon is fast and instinctive . Click on the product you like most to access the relevant product sheet and you will see in detail all the relevant information on the article itself. To add it to the cart click on the 'add' button. You will be automatically redirected to the first page of the cart (or 'Shopping Bag'), where you can decide whether to complete the purchase or whether to continue shopping looking for other items. If you decide to continue your purchases, while browsing you will continue to see the image of the 'cart' with its contents, together with the total value of your shopping. After shopping, to proceed with the order, click on 'Check out'. Remember that on the first page of the cart you can also change the quantity of the items you intend to purchase or remove them. If you want to complete the purchase immediately, if you are a registered user, log in or register on the site if you have not yet done so. You can complete the purchase even without registration. You will be asked to choose a shipping and billing address. In the next step you will be offered to choose between the available payment methods (credit card, paypal or bank transfer). Finally you can select the type of shipment you want. Cinnamon reminds you that the payment is completely safe, as credit card data are protected from unauthorized access by means of the encrypted transfer of SSL ('Secure Socket Layer') data, not accessible to third parties. Finally, having made the necessary checks on your transaction, your order information will be sent to ccare@cannella.com and a thank you message will inform you that your purchase has been completed successfully.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE QUANTITY OF PRODUCTS I CAN PURCHASE?
Generally there are no limits, neither for quantity nor for amount. However, Canella may reserve the right to limit the purchase of some particular limited series products.
FILLING MY CART DOES YOU REQUIRE ME TO PURCHASE?
Not at all. You can do all the tests you want and then decide not to complete your order despite having inserted products in the "shopping bag".
WHAT IS THE "PROMOTIONAL CODE" AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
The 'promotional code' is a discount coupon that is given to you to take advantage of special promotions. The conditions for obtaining this code will be communicated to you through a special newsletter on the occasion of particular events. If you have one, all you have to do is enter the code in the field that you can find on the order conclusion page: the discount will be calculated and displayed automatically.
WHEN IS THE PURCHASE PROCEDURE CONCLUDED?
After entering the data necessary for the payment, you will be directed to the purchase confirmation page, containing the number and date of the order A thank you message in the center of the page will inform you that the purchase procedure has been completed successfully. Finally, you will receive an e-mail containing the details of the order you have placed and the confirmation that it has been correctly received. If you have not received any communication within 24 hours, please write to ccare@cannella.com
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY SHIPMENT?
To check the status of your order, log in and access your Account: under "My orders" you will receive all the information you want. Remember that the customer care staff is at your disposal to provide you with further information , you can write to us at ccare@cannella.com
WHEN IT IS CONCLUDED THE PURCHASE PROCEDURE?
